The meeting provided an opportunity for Principal Investigators (PI) and team members to communicate and share information critical to the successful completion of the project.

Project Title: Sustainable Production and Utilization of under-utilized Nigerian vegetables to enhance rural food security.

The meeting focused on the following areas

  • Updates on planned outputs
  • Specifically defined requirements for UIV's to be derived from this project
    1. Value-added food and nutrition information for women farmers
    2. Agronomic package foe UIV production
    3. marketing and economics
  • Risk Assessment for project complettion
